HealthBridge Direct was formed following a merger of previously separate GP practices who all share the same vision to maximise ideas and resources, support best practice and to maintain the highest quality care to the patients they serve. They are comprised of four local networks, encompassing a total of 44 GP practices, across the Redbridge area of London.
What we do
We work with HealthBridge Direct to support and assist with their communications and engagement portfolio, which includes (and is not limited to); full website management, intranet provision and maintenance and management of their primary online communication channels (YouTube, publication of a weekly newsletter and events promotion). These are all underpinned by the day to day functions we have responsibility for; provision of full technical support, proactively responding to requests for data and analytics, uploading content when required – and maintaining regular updates and security to enhance their online presence.
